Government of Canada's COVID-19 Economic Response Plan provides information for Individuals, Families, Self Employed People and Business owners as to what assistance may be available to you along with timelines of when to receive that money.
Province of Ontario's Action Plan: Responding to COVID-19.
At this time, Ontario plan details the proposed assistance to be offered. Some items have been implemented, some have not. There doesn't appear to be anything to "apply for" for now.
